Agreement to these Terms
These Terms apply when you create a WebotX account or use our website, demo, dashboard, or website assistant. You must agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy before creating an account.
If you use WebotX for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. Keep access to your email and one-time sign-in codes secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Tell the WebotX team promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The service
WebotX captures public website pages, drafts business knowledge for review, and provides an AI chat widget that can answer from approved content. The dashboard includes knowledge review, conversation history, a simulator, and human handoff.
The public demo captures up to four pages and allows up to ten AI replies. Its website preview is a static snapshot. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.
Your website content and conversations
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give WebotX permission to capture, store, process, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to use the website content and any personal information you supply. Public availability does not by itself establish permission to reuse someone else’s content.
Before publishing an assistant, review its knowledge and settings. You are responsible for the information supplied to your visitors and for providing appropriate notices about the chat widget and its handling of visitor information.
AI answers and review
AI-generated summaries, answers, and sources can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important information against the original content. The assistant does not replace professional advice or your team’s judgment.
Newly captured knowledge stays in draft until approved. Human handoff is available when a visitor needs your team. You remain responsible for how generated answers are used.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use WebotX to distribute unlawful material.
Do not submit private or sensitive information that you are not authorised to provide, or use the service to capture websites you are not permitted to access.
Plans and payments
Published pricing is currently a preview of planned tiers. Paid billing and final plan allowances are not available to purchase yet.
If paid services are introduced, applicable prices, features, renewal terms, and payment conditions will be shown before you purchase.
Availability and account action
Uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using WebotX and contact the team to request account deletion.
WebotX materials
The WebotX brand, interface, software, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of WebotX materials.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WebotX is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, WebotX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by service interruption or reliance on AI-generated material.
Changes and contact
These Terms may change to reflect new features, operational needs, or legal obligations. Material changes will be presented through the service or another reasonable channel.
